All of our in-store items ship within 3 business days, while custom-made items are shipped within 15 business days after your order is placed. Delivery is either via Canada Post or UPS Ground Delivery. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days after departing our facility. Given these considerations, offering free shipping on all orders is not a viable option for us. Instead, we have made the decision to apply the actual shipping costs charged by Canada Post and UPS, which reflects the true cost of delivering your orders to your doorstep. This approach allows us to be transparent and ensure that we can continue to provide you with the exceptional products and service that you deserve.
